Private schools in Louisville

Private schools offer families an alternative to public education, with programs that may include college preparatory courses, Advanced Placement classes, athletics, fine and performing arts, preschool through twelfth grade, after school care, college counseling and financial aid. Programs and tuition differ widely, so the right fit depends on your child's age and needs. Before you visit, ask how class sizes, teacher turnover and tuition assistance work, and whether the school's accreditation is current. Schedule a campus tour during a regular school day so you can see classes in session, and request a meeting with the admissions office early, since spots and aid can run out before the year starts. Many schools in Louisville, KY have deadlines for both.
