The Blending Lab

The Blending Lab is a wine tasting room where guests make their own bottle. Blending classes let visitors combine several varietals into a wine of their own, and no wine experience is needed. The tasting room also pours flights of house wines, including a skin contact white and a Pinot Noir field blend, along with snacks such as cheese, crackers, and cookies.

Blending class reservations are made online, and the team also runs private events on site, virtually, or off site, plus wine tastings and pairings. Gift cards are available. The tasting room is on West Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles and is open Friday through Sunday, with private events Monday through Thursday. The team has said it is moving, so email ahead before visiting.
