Adams Wine Shop

Adams Wine Shop is a specialty boutique focused on wine made by women and BIPOC producers, wherever they are in the world. Founded by sommelier Ruben Morancy, whose background spans restaurants, wineries and retail, including a stint as wine director at Coi in San Francisco, the shop stocks special occasion bottles alongside everyday wines, with a focus on good bottles under $30.

The shop is now run by buyer and director Nick Viane. It is open Wednesday through Sunday afternoons and evenings, and closed Monday and Tuesday for now. There is a daily happy hour in the late afternoon and a Friday special all day long. A monthly wine club is available, and members receive a branded wine key on their first pickup and 10% off in-store purchases. The shop is on West Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles.
