Bacio di Latte makes Italian gelato in small batches at its shops, with the gelato produced in each shop every day. Its best-known items include classic gelato in cups and cones, Ciocchinos topped with Nutella or pistachio cream, affogatos made with a shot of espresso, and cookies topped with a scoop of gelato. Sorbets are made with water and a high proportion of fruit.

The brothers behind the company started it in 2011 after bringing back traditional gelato recipes from Italy. The business has a Sawtelle Boulevard address in Los Angeles and offers gift cards, and it also sells pints and gelato desserts to take home.
