Real Estate in the Berkshires

Berkshire Property Agents is a real estate brokerage founded in 2007 by long-time residents Tim Lovett and Jen Harvey. The agency helps clients buy and sell homes, requests home valuations, and handles residential, commercial, land and condominium listings. It is known for local knowledge of the rural Berkshire market and for work with both year-round residents and second homeowners.

The agency serves clients across Berkshire, Columbia and Litchfield counties. It has been affiliated with Compass since 2024, which gives its agents access to a national referral network and exclusive listing programs. Buyers and sellers can start with a call or an online home search. The team is based in Great Barrington, while the listed office address is in Lenox.
