Real estate in Lenox

Real estate agents help people buy, sell, and rent property. Many of the businesses listed here offer buyer representation, home selling, property searches, listing services, and home estimates, and some also advise on investment property or business rentals. When choosing an agent, ask how they price a home, how many similar sales they have closed in the area, and who handles your paperwork if they are away. Check that the agent is licensed in Massachusetts and ask about their commission and how long their contract runs before you sign. If you are selling, call a few agents in the spring or early fall, when listings usually move fastest, and compare their estimates before deciding.
