LivFit Athletics

LivFit Athletics is a fitness gym offering coach-led group classes and personal training. Its signature Lifestyle60 class combines strength training, conditioning, gymnastics, powerlifting and constantly varied workouts, scaled to each member's level. Longevity60 is a lower-impact class for older adults and beginners focused on strength, balance and mobility, and Tone45 builds lean muscle and definition with hypertrophy training. Sports training and individualized programming are also available.

New members start with a free one-on-one intro session with a coach, and drop-in sessions are offered for visitors and residents. Coaches modify workouts for past or current injuries. The gym is at 26 Commerce Dr in Arundel, just off I-95 Exit 25, and serves Arundel, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Lyman and the surrounding York County area. Members also get access to a members-only app for workouts and progress.
