Arundel Homes

Arundel Homes builds modular homes and custom framed homes, with over 100 standard plans across many styles and price ranges. Each home is adjusted to the buyer's wishes, and the company also takes on renovations. The partners come from carpentry, construction, and electrical backgrounds, and the master carpenter handles design from concept through production blueprints.

The company works with town planners and code enforcement officers on permits and schedules the crane, foundation, and set crew for modular deliveries. Modular homes arrive 85 to 90 percent finished, and the crew completes the rest on site. Subcontractors are chosen by bid from local firms, and the office is in a model home in Arundel. Arundel Homes serves Southern Maine.
