Revival Butchery

Revival Butchery is an independent butcher shop that specializes in a rotating selection of artisan meats and made-in-house sausages. Its counter offers stuffed roasts, bacon-wrapped steak, short ribs and specialty cuts such as rabbit, duck and prime rib, along with a long list of sausages ranging from Old World kielbasa and bratwurst to chorizo, boudin blanc and Greek-style loukaniko. The shop also offers custom cuts and says it sources locally when possible.

The shop is family owned and operated and is open Tuesday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Saturday. It sits in the Village of West Greenville at 1296A Pendleton Street, so it works well for a special-occasion roast or a sausage run for the week.
