Sun Title

Sun Title is a title and closing company that handles residential and commercial real estate transactions. Its residential work covers home purchases and sales for buyers, sellers, agents and attorneys, while its commercial team works with brokers, developers, investors and lenders on larger deals. Its in-house attorneys have over two decades of experience with large-scale commercial closings. The company also offers title insurance and related closing services.

Sun Title was founded almost twenty years ago by attorneys and real estate investors Tom Cronkright and Lawrence Duthler, who set out to make closings more transparent and less stressful. The company operates from its office at 1410 Plainfield Avenue Northeast in Grand Rapids, with additional branches listed across West Michigan. Its weekday hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
