Rise Authentic Baking Co

Rise Authentic Baking Co is an allergen friendly bakery and coffee shop on the West Side of Grand Rapids. Everything it makes is vegan, gluten free, soy free and dye free, and it avoids artificial flavors and sweeteners. The daily case includes donuts, muffins, scones, bagels, cake, cupcakes and tarts, alongside a full espresso, coffee and tea menu that now features Lantern Coffee.

Custom cakes, donuts and desserts can be ordered online, and catering is available for office orders. The bakery also makes wedding cakes and desserts. Rise is located at 1220 W Fulton Street near the corner of Valley and Fulton, just east of the John Ball Zoo, with one accessible and one standard parking spot in the back lot and street parking on nearby side streets. Its wholesale products are also sold at several local partners.
