The Mad Taco serves tacos and other Mexican-style food at its Essex Junction shop, with a menu that is largely gluten free. All tacos are gluten free, and most menu items other than sandwiches and dishes made with the flour tortilla, such as the burrito, are too. The Essex Junction location also pours draft beer, including a $5 pint of Hill Farmstead Edward every Tuesday.
