Old World Meat Company makes its own sausages, seasoned with a house spice blend, and sells them frozen by the pound alongside burger patties. On the grill, it serves Old World Burger Dogs in All American or Balkan style, sausage and pork plates with pita and feta butter spread, and sandwiches such as The Italian. Salads and catering are also on the menu.

Bosko and Laura run the business as a small family operation at its East Valley Parkway store in Escondido. The grill is generally fired up Friday through Sunday, and the shop keeps Wednesday through Sunday hours that can shift around catering and supply runs. Grill orders need to be in 15 minutes before closing.
