Cuscatlan Salvadorian Cuisine and More

Cuscatlan is a Salvadoran restaurant on East Grand Avenue in Escondido, serving handmade pupusas with more than 15 fillings, from classic revueltas to camarón con queso. Pupusas are griddled to order, and tamales, pasteles and soups such as sopa de res and mariscada round out the menu. Plates are typically served with rice, beans and tortillas.
