Luminary Distilling

Luminary Distilling makes small-batch spirits, including Gem City Vodka, Flat Cap rye and wheat whiskeys, Summit Dry Gin, Awesome Rum and a Lighthouse Reserve Brandy aged in American oak for two and a half years. Many of its base spirits are made from locally sourced wine, wheat, rye or cider, and the largest finishing still holds only 53 gallons. The company started when a math teacher set out to make something truly great.

Visitors can watch spirit production, buy bottles in the shop, and order traditional cocktails and food at the distillery's eatery. The business has two locations: a distillery and eatery, and a cocktail and bottle shop. Most core spirits come in 50ml, 375ml and 750ml sizes, so a sample or a full bottle is easy to find.
