Hot Box Yoga

Hot Box Yoga is a yoga studio that offers mostly heated classes, with the room warmed and humidified to mirror the dry desert climate. Classes are built around flexibility, strength, balance and breath work, and the studio also has a yoga teacher training program. The owner, Kat Mark, began a studio practice in 2011.

The studio offers a range of heated and warm classes, including temperature-controlled sessions meant for a more intense workout. Classes can be booked online through the studio's Momence page, and the schedule includes early morning, midday and evening sessions on most days. Hot Box Yoga is at 5941 Fiesta Drive in El Paso.
