The story

Forge Factory Strength & Conditioning is a coach-led fitness facility built around one-hour group classes. The workouts vary and draw on CrossFit-style movements, and each session starts with a warm-up and a demonstration of the day's workout with modifications offered for each member.

New members can try a free week and book classes in advance on the website. Arriving five to ten minutes early lets a coach greet you and answer questions before class. Trainers are the recommended shoe, and comfortable clothes that can handle sweat are enough. The gym is located at 6151 Dew Dr in El Paso, Texas, in the Dew Dr area.
