CrossFit E3 is a CrossFit gym in Eagle offering group classes in CrossFit, Hyrox, and Lift Lab bodybuilding training, plus CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens programs and nutrition coaching. Workouts are universally scaled, so beginners and advanced athletes train side by side, with the coaches assessing each new member's fitness level first.
