Achilles Fitness Institute combines physical therapy with strength and conditioning for active adults who want to return to the activities they love. Its physical therapy work is one-on-one and aims to go beyond the traditional model, with the focus on each client's goals. Fitness training and online training are also offered, along with athlete development.
