Runa Yoga

Runa Yoga is a yoga and wellness studio founded in 2014 that pairs movement classes with education and personal growth, rooted in the yogic tradition. Class styles include Vinyasa, Yin, trauma-conscious yoga and kids' yoga, and the studio also offers yoga teacher training, retreats and corporate wellness sessions. Madeline Fisher is the owner and teaches alongside a team of several instructors.

The studio is in Superior, Wisconsin, and some outreach classes are held with Hartley Nature Center. Yoga mats can be borrowed for free at the studio if you forget yours. Classes are designed so students can work at their own pace. Refunds are not offered, but a class spot can be canceled up to four hours before the start so someone else can take it. Gift cards are sold through the website.
