Duluth Indoor Sports Center

Duluth Indoor Sports Center, also called DISC, combines indoor racquet and court sports with a full fitness facility. The indoor courts include tennis, pickleball, volleyball and table tennis, with four indoor tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. Leagues, open play, private and small group lessons, and youth lessons are all offered.

The fitness side has cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, a cross-training room and several group classes such as yoga and cross-fit style training. Free parking, free day lockers, showers, towels and a sauna are included, and the center is located on Rice Lake Road in Duluth. Sign-up for leagues is handled by phone, and the center offers a free week pass to first-time visitors.
