Repinned Design

Repinned Design is a custom upholstery studio that redesigns furniture you already own or bought used, which the business calls previously-loved pieces. Its work covers reupholstering, refinishing, repair, restoration, modification and custom builds, with fabric and finish chosen one-on-one with the client. Repinned also makes custom cushions and pillows, custom window treatments and drapery, and offers new solid wood frames.

Each project starts with photos and dimensions sent to the studio, followed by a condition questionnaire and an estimate that prices labor separately from fabric. Fabric must be bought through Repinned, and clients can see swatches in person at the Beaverdale location or have them mailed home. The studio is in the Merle Hay neighborhood of Des Moines, at 3811 56th Street.
