Iowa Food Cooperative

Iowa Food Cooperative is a year-round online farmers' market for Central Iowa, offering local food from more than 75 Iowa producers and over 1,500 local products. Members order online from the producers they choose, and many items are harvested or made the day they are picked up.

Members can pick up orders at the Beaverdale storefront on distribution week, at one of the central Iowa satellite locations, or get home delivery in Des Moines. The storefront at 4944 Franklin Ave is open Monday, Friday and Saturday, and members and non-members are both welcome. Orders also go to Altoona, Ankeny, Indianola, Panora and West Des Moines. A free trial is available before committing to membership.
