Fresko

Fresko is a natural food restaurant serving seasonal menus built around locally sourced ingredients, many from Iowa farms. The menu runs from wood-fired starters, flatbreads and salads to burgers, sandwiches, sushi rolls and entrees such as Mediterranean salmon and Maine lobster ravioli. The bar offers original cocktails, a deep spirits list, sixteen beers on tap and a value-focused wine menu.

Fresko takes reservations online and offers gift cards and private dining and catering. Happy hour runs from 4 pm Monday through Friday, and sushi is not offered on Sundays. The restaurant is at 909 Locust St. in Des Moines.
