FITNESS by Design

FITNESS by Design is a fitness studio on 61st Street in Des Moines offering private training, semi-private training, group fitness classes, and Pilates. The studio also offers infrared sauna, BEMER, and massage therapy for recovery, and the owner, Barb Mendoza, leads the strength classes and personal training.
