Cooking with Alessandra

Cooking with Alessandra runs hands-on cooking classes in Des Moines, taught by Alessandra, who grew up cooking in Italy and draws on traditional dishes with her own twists. The classes cover a mix of Italian cooking and dishes from her travels, and the site also lists private and corporate classes.

Beyond the classes, Alessandra leads small group culinary and wine tours of Viterbo in central Italy, with meals, local history and village visits along the way. Gift certificates are available for classes. The studio is in the Loft 103 space at 333 East Grand Avenue in Des Moines.
