The Dayton Beer Co.

The Dayton Beer Company is a locally owned brewery founded by owner and brew master Peter Hilgeman. It brews a rotating mix of canned beers sold in grocery stores and carry-out, always-on-tap beers, limited releases and seasonal brews, and it also runs a kitchen with its own menu.

The taproom is open most days, with later hours Tuesday through Saturday and shorter hours on Sunday, and it hosts events in its event spaces. The brewery is in downtown Dayton on Madison Street as part of the Water Street District, and the company also works with local bars and shops that want to stock its beers.
