Branch & Bone Artisan Ales

Branch & Bone Artisan Ales is an independent brewery making ales and lagers, with a focus on fermentation using wild yeasts and bacteria. The brewery draws on European brewing traditions and modern American styles, and it is known for West Coast IPAs, hazy IPAs and seasonal releases such as a Key Lime Pie Berliner and a Dark English Mild. Its taproom usually pours a wide rotation of draft beers, with some ales served on cask.

Customers can drink in the taproom or take home cans, bottles and 4-packs, and the brewery also sells wine, mead and cider to go. A food truck has made its debut, and the brewery has been hiring kitchen staff to launch food service at the brewery. Branch & Bone has been part of the South Park neighborhood of Dayton for about eight years and holds events such as its Oktoberfest celebration.
