Lock 27 Brewing

Lock 27 Brewing is a craft brewery and brewpub that makes flavorful, true-to-style beers, including flagship beers that have won a Great American Beer Festival medal. The brewery was founded in 2012 by Steve and Michelle Barnhart and draws its name from Lock 27 on the Miami & Erie Canal. Its brews are known for global inspirations, from water chemistry adjusted to match an English pub to special barrels imported from Brazil.

The Centerville brewpub, on East Main Street, has a taproom and restaurant with hand-crafted food, music and a happy hour from 4 to 6 on weekdays. Trivia runs on Monday evenings, and there is a Wednesday burger and beer special as well as Sunday specials all day. Lock 27 also has a second location in Dayton and sells kegs and cans to bars, restaurants and shops in the area.
