Boosalis Baking and Cafe

Boosalis Baking & Café bakes croissants, Danishes, scones, cookies and crusty French bread from traditional recipes, with an emphasis on buttery, flaky pastries and cakes. Breakfast is a big part of the menu, with breakfast sandwiches, French toast, eggs and toast, paninis and croffles. Lunch centers on sandwiches made with the bakery's own bread and Boar's Head meats and cheeses, along with salads and a kids menu.

The café serves coffee alongside the baked goods, and online ordering is available for breakfast and lunch. Delivery is offered, and box lunches come with a homemade cookie, macaroon or coffee cake on the side. The bakery also offers holiday gift boxes and catering. It is closed on Mondays, and the owners, Ryan and Xiaxing, run the shop day to day.
