Bill's Donut Shop bakes over 30 kinds of donuts, never frozen, along with muffins, turnovers, fritters, danish, cookies, churros and brownies. Seasonal flavors such as pumpkin cake donuts in the fall and strawberry cake donuts in the summer come and go through the year, and coffee is served alongside.

The shop is open around the clock, seven days a week, so it has long been a stop for second and third shift workers coming off or heading into work. It closes for one week each year between Christmas and New Year's. The shop is on North Main Street in Centerville, Ohio.
