La Chateau Garden Bistro

Le Chateau Garden Bistro is the restaurant inside the Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa Newport Beach, serving inventive international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diners come for The Calabrian, a dish of thinly sliced rib roast with melted provolone and a spicy house-made relish made with Calabrian chilies, along with handcrafted cocktails.

Guests can eat by the stone fountain in the courtyard or in the French provincial dining room. There is a weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and a happy hour in the late afternoon. Room service adds a $5 delivery fee and an 18% service charge. The restaurant also handles catering for corporate meetings, private gatherings and weddings. It is located at 325 Bristol Street in Costa Mesa.
