Open Pathways Counseling

Focused Mind ADHD Counseling is a therapy practice for adults with ADHD, offering assessment, treatment and testing, with testing also available for teens. Founder Billy Roberts, a licensed independent social worker in Ohio, works with clients who feel scattered, overwhelmed or misunderstood, and who often deal with anxiety or depression alongside ADHD. Treatment draws on CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches. The practice also offers counseling for men with ADHD and couples therapy focused on ADHD.

Each adult client begins with a comprehensive assessment, followed by a treatment plan and regular therapy sessions. New clients can request a free 15-minute phone consultation before booking a first appointment. The practice is based in Columbus, Ohio, and sessions can also be held online. Office hours are arranged by request, so calling or emailing ahead is the simplest way to set a time.
