Freedom Recovery

Freedom Recovery is a faith-based treatment program for people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Its services range from drug and alcohol counseling and outpatient detox to partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, MAT outpatient treatment, and sober living. Sessions combine group counseling, group education on drug abuse and addiction, and personal growth work, using an evidence-based curriculum and a 12-step recovery model.

Most of the work is outpatient, so people can keep up with jobs and family obligations while in treatment. Daytime and evening counseling sessions are offered to fit most schedules, and telehealth addiction treatment is available for those who prefer it. The practice accepts Medicaid and many insurance plans. Freedom Recovery has locations in Columbus, Dayton, Grove City, Hilliard, Marysville, Galion and Upper Arlington, and its Columbus office is on West Broad Street.
