Craft Raccoon is a creative reuse and community studio that saves used art and craft supplies from the landfill and sells them to people at a reasonable cost. It also runs small, accessible classes in sewing, embroidery, felting and printmaking, and offers a fiber studio for members.
The shop is open Wednesday through Sunday, and donations of clean art and craft supplies are accepted without an appointment on weekdays, with weekend drop-offs by appointment only. Donors are asked to contact the studio by email first to confirm an item will be accepted. Membership is offered on a sliding scale, and scholarships are available for classes. The studio sits on South High Street in Columbus.
