Gyms in Columbus

Gyms help you build strength, improve fitness and stay active on your own schedule. Many in this area offer personal training, strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, and some add an indoor pool, hot tub, dry saunas, a women-only workout area, or Lagree classes. Before you sign up, ask whether you can try a class or a day pass, and check what the membership covers, such as guest policies, class fees, and cancellation terms. If you want a coach or a specific class time, book a trial session early in the week, since popular evening classes often fill up.
