Health Loft

Health Loft is an online nutrition practice that connects clients with registered dietitians for virtual one-on-one care. The dietitians work with a wide range of needs, including gut health, food allergies, weight loss, sports nutrition, women's health, and conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, and kidney disease. Each client begins with a nutritional assessment and receives a personalized plan that is adjusted over time.

Health Loft is in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, and most clients pay little or nothing out of pocket. HMO plans are not accepted. Appointments are held by video, and visit frequency ranges from weekly to monthly depending on the client. The practice's office is at 160 North Wacker Drive in Chicago.
