5-Star Chiropractic, Ltd. is a full-service chiropractic clinic offering adjustments, therapy massage, physical therapy and acupuncture. Dr. Pat Fiore, a licensed chiropractor and acupuncturist with more than 30 years of practice, uses the Diversified technique for adjustments and builds custom treatment plans for acute and chronic pain, sports injuries and wellness visits. Massage therapy is handled by Dana, a licensed massage therapist, in sessions of 25, 50 or 80 minutes.

All visits are by appointment only. The clinic treats auto accident and work injury patients, accepting attorney liens and medical payments for auto cases and working with workers' compensation insurers, and it accepts many major medical plans. Patients who prefer to self-pay can join a free Medical Discount Plan. The office is on North Harlem Avenue on Chicago's Northwest Side.
