All Belgium makes thick, sugary Liège waffles with pearl sugar that caramelizes on the iron, giving them a chewy texture and rich flavor. Its food trucks serve the waffles with toppings such as the S'more Waffle, Chunky Monkey and Berry Blast, plus the Crunch Time waffle sandwich filled with Nutella and strawberries. Co-founder Toon De Schepper grew up in Belgium, and the company says its dough, irons and utensils come from there.

The trucks are booked mainly for private events such as weddings, grad parties, baby showers, office parties and school events, and they also appear at large fairs and festivals.
