Serenity4pets

Serenity4pets is a small pet spa, hotel and daycare in Chesapeake, offering dog and cat grooming with an emphasis on health care, plus overnight boarding and daytime playcare. The salon takes puppies for their first groom and offers special care for cats and some small animals, with appointments meant to keep anxious pets calm.

The hotel is kept small, with a limited number of guests, each pet in its own suite or run, and siblings allowed to share. Hotel guests are limited to dogs under 40 pounds, cats and small animals, and must have proof of a current rabies vaccine. Guests can bring their own food and bedding. Reservations and appointments are made by phone or through the website, and the business is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, closed Wednesday and Sunday.
