Peters Custom Homes

Peters Custom Homes is a luxury custom home builder in Charlotte, building ground-up residences and whole-home renovations, usually in the range of 4,000 to over 20,000 square feet. The firm takes on eight to ten private residences a year, and its design-build approach brings architecture, interior design and construction under one roof. Founder Nicholas Peters stays involved personally from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Projects start with a private consultation covering how the family lives, its budget and its timeline. Work is concentrated in Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Marvin, Weddington and around Lake Norman, and the company also helps clients who already have a homesite under contract or are still looking for land. The office is in SouthPark at 4401 Barclay Downs Drive.
