Belk Builders

Belk Builders replaces the outside of houses in Charlotte and nearby communities, with siding, replacement windows and roofing as its main work. Siding options include James Hardie fiber cement, CertainTeed, vinyl and vinyl cedar shakes, and the company also does finishing work such as trim, columns, shutters, soffit and gutters. The firm also takes on multi-family and HOA exteriors.

Estimates are free and there is no obligation, and owner Kent Frerichs visits each job site himself. Financing is available through Synchrony Financial. The company's own crews do the installation, and the work covers Charlotte, South Charlotte, Lake Norman and communities in North Carolina and South Carolina, including Fort Mill, Lake Wylie and Tega Cay. Its office is on Hawthorne Lane in Charlotte.
