A Plus Contracting

A Plus Contracting is an exterior home improvement contractor known for gutter work, with seamless aluminum, copper and metal gutters, gutter guards, siding installation and repair, and exterior painting. The company says it has more than 30 years of experience and works as an independent contractor, so it isn't tied to particular brands when recommending products.

The owner, David Wasserman, leads the business, which serves Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Indian Land, Indian Trail, Weddington and the wider Charlotte area. Its listed hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed Sundays. The company emphasizes extended warranties and a no-pressure approach that lets customers decide at their own pace.
