Pam's Reading

Pam's Reading provides Orton Gillingham reading tutoring for children with dyslexia, ADHD, ADD, and other reading struggles. Pam has tutored since 2005 and is also a parent of a child with dyslexia, which shapes how the team works with families. The program uses multisensory methods and includes canine reading therapy dogs that make sessions more relaxed for students.

Tutoring can take place in person across Metro Charlotte or online, so a child does not have to leave home for virtual sessions. Summer programs, homeschool support, and year-round sessions are offered, along with a free online reading assessment and dyslexia screening. The office is at 1515 Mockingbird Lane in Charlotte, and tutors discuss a child's progress only with the parents or guardians on the application.
