GoldenTrainer Performance Studio Inc.

GoldenTrainer Performance is a private personal training studio run by Bryan Pettit, a CSCS-certified trainer with a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University and more than 20 years of experience. Sessions focus on weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, physique goals, general health, and training for older adults and youth athletes. The studio also sells sports supplements such as protein, creatine and pre-workout at wholesale-level prices.

All training is one-on-one, and each program starts with an assessment of fitness level, movement patterns and injury history. The studio has Hammer Strength equipment, treadmills, bikes, dumbbells up to 100 lb, and boxing bags. Youth sessions emphasize form, core stability and age-appropriate resistance in a private setting. Clients book a consultation or session by phone or online, and the studio is on Center Point Road NE in Cedar Rapids.
