Custom Fitness

Custom Fitness is a family-owned gym on Wilson Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, with a full range of strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, and assisted stretching. Members also get access to a sauna, steam room, hot tub, tanning, and standard and VIP locker rooms.

The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven nights a week, and membership is flexible, so members pay only for the amenities they use. Onsite childcare at the Custom Kids Club runs Monday through Friday, 4 to 8 PM, and a free five-day trial is offered to people who aren't members yet. Group class schedules rotate, so it's worth asking at the front desk for the current lineup.
