The facility is open 24 hours, so members can work out on their own schedule. Personal training, group training, metabolic testing, InBody body composition scans, nutrition coaching and Elite Speed School programs are also offered, and the facilities are set up for people improving general fitness, continuing rehabilitation after physical therapy, or training for athletics.
