Inn by the Sea

Inn by the Sea is an oceanfront resort in Cape Elizabeth, a few minutes from Portland, known for its full-service spa. The spa offers massages, facials and body treatments built on marine-based skincare, along with private steam rooms and relaxation sanctuaries. Sea Glass Restaurant serves locally inspired cuisine built on ingredients from Maine farms and fisheries.

Spa appointments are recommended ahead of time and can be booked online or by phone, with a credit card required to hold a time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and the spa adds a mandatory 22% service surcharge and runs cashless. Guests can also use the fitness center, outdoor pool and direct access to Crescent Beach, and pets are welcome. Gift cards are sold online, and a year-round membership program is taking waitlist requests.
