Hill Way Home Watch

Hill Way Home Watch looks after homes while their owners are away. Its exterior and interior inspections check roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and signs of pests, rodents, mold, or septic trouble. The company also handles emergency response, property and seasonal maintenance, and concierge work such as meeting deliveries and repair crews, supervising contractors, forwarding mail, and arranging airport transport. The owner, Leslie Young, is a former police officer who has run the business since 2017.

Hill Way serves homeowners across Southern Maine, including Portland, Scarborough, Saco, Biddeford, Falmouth, and Kennebunk. Updates usually come by text with photos or a phone call, and email is used for non-urgent matters. There are no long-term contracts, the company is available around the clock, and the work is insured and bonded. Hill Way is also an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association.
