InfluencHER Fit

InfluencHER Fit is a women's fitness studio built around glute training, with personal training, open gym time and small group classes. The studio centers on women encouraging one another toward their own goals, and classes focus on proper form and technique. Meal guides are sold alongside the training, and an online six-week booty and shred program and virtual workout memberships give members a way to train from home.

The studio is designed for women who feel intimidated or self-conscious in a traditional gym, with classes set up so no one feels watched. Gift cards are available. The studio is located in Cape Coral.
